I love this iron! I'm a hairdresser and learned how to use the "Marcel iron" in school. Here is a video that might help you lean how to use this type or iron [...]. It might take you a while to learn how to use it, but after you do, it's so worth it. The nice thing about the T3 is that it's ionic which is what gives you a shinier curl. It does this by smoothing the cuticle of the hair shaft. A lot of companies claim to be ionic but really aren't.

It doesn't work. There was no instruction on how to use it and as I tried to us it, it left marks in my hair and it never did twril.

A waste of money.

This is a great product. It does control my fly-away fine hair and adds a little shine. Can't imagine ever getting any other type of iron. It doesn't need to be cleaned very often even tho I do use thickening products on my hair. I have owned this iron for about a year now and highly recommend it.

First of all, it's a marcel iron, so you have to know how to use it. It can be a bit frustrating and irritating when you first handle it. I am a hairdresser, so I learned to use it in school, and I'll NEVER go back to the spring irons. I use this to do my hair once every 3-4 days. After the first day, I use my finger and twist my hair back around to re-create the curl. Always curl away from your face. I sell the heck out of these things at my salon. I even have clients who want them so bad that they'll learn to use the marcel as opposed to the spring action. (they are available in spring action)I LOVE LOVE LOVE this curling iron and could not go a day without it.

I did not like this curling iron at all, the curls did not hold, even with hairspray, and it damaged the ends of my hair to the point where i had to cut the ends off. The seller is very helpful and will work with you, but the product sucks. It is a total waste of money, and i wouldn't have been happy spending $20 on it. I have a Chi straightener, and i love it, so I am going to try a Chi curling iron instead. Don't waste your money on this product.
